In the event of a defective or incomplete repair, we will arrange a re-service at no additional cost to the customer. Replacement parts installed during service are subject to the warranty terms provided at the time of installation.

If you wish to reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.
No additional charges will apply for rescheduling made within the eligible timeframe.
